Paragen Home Furnishings Collection

Paragen Team was Commissioned to design a series of Furnitures/Home Accessories for the DECO 8 – The 8th Conference on World Trade In Furniture, Art, Design, Decoration and Correlated Industries in Tehran. Due to our Computational approach, we experimented on some of known algorithms in computational design to proceed in the design process. Algorithms like Geometrical Operations: Transformational Geometries, Morphogenetic Algorithms: Metaballs, Tensor Fields, Mathematical Definition and Modification: Mesh Relaxation, Minimal Surfaces, Voxelization, Reaction-Diffusion and etc were examined in this project. Eventually a number of designs were developed for digital fabrication.
